Andal Software, an IT company focusing on developing payroll applications, has announced a partnership with TIS to launch Andal PayMaster for Cloud on Oct. 28.
The Andal Paymaster for Cloud application is accessible through the Cloud Berkembang (Developing Cloud) service managed by TIS.
The launch of Andal PayMaster for Cloud is in line with Andal Software's commitment to always create innovations for companies in Indonesia by providing useful applications through a leasing system.
Companies with less than 150 employees are the main target of the cloud-based application. Using the concept of a leasing system, the service can be listed as an operational cost so that companies will not have to make additional investment on other software or infrastructure. The cost will be much more expensive if they purchase the software instead.
"Seeing the growth of Indonesia's economy and the significant increase in start-up companies, the need to have adequate payroll software will increase as well. Andal sees that leasing applications are the best solution to cater to them, especially companies with less than 150 employees," said Andal Software director Indra Sosrodjojo.
Providing infrastructure and a data center that are ready 24/7 is one of the challenges that Andal Software has to face in providing the service. This is where TIS came in as an experienced cloud service and infrastructure solution provider in many countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Japan and China.
Established in Japan since 1971, TIS is an IT company that has engaged with business partners from various industries such as finance, distribution and retail, manufacture, telecommunication and government agencies.
For the project, Andal Software is partnering with TISI Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of TIS in Singapore, to provide software for payrolls with a leasing system.
"We are optimistic that, through this partnership, we can enhance our service for companies in Indonesia, especially in the management of payroll systems," said Indra.
Andal PayMaster is a package application for payrolls that has been used in more than 300 companies in Indonesia. It caters to medium-sized companies by providing an efficient payroll assessment with an accurate tax calculation.
The leasing fee for the Andal PayMaster for Cloud application is set at Rp 5,500,000 (US$454) per month.
