T Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), the authorized distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Indonesia, is celebrating the sale of its 1 millionth Colt Diesel. This means the company has created a new record for the most sold truck nationwide.

The company held an expo,  ‘1 Million Colt Diesels, 1 Million Stories’ on March 12 at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), East Jakarta to celebrate its success of having sold a million Colt Diesel trucks.

Director of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporation (MFTBC) marketing division Duljatmono said that the record of a million Colt Diesels sold did not only encourage KTB to advance the automotive industry but also boost development in the country, which was  in parallel with its mission to become the transport vehicles that drive the country’s economy.

“We have a dream of contributing much more to Indonesia, to help build a better Indonesia. One million units of Colt Diesels further encourage us to develop the country,” Duljatmono said.

KTB has come a long way in making Colt Diesel since 1975, the Colt Diesel has maintained its position as the market leader, relied upon to become the mode of transportation for Indonesia’s economic and infrastructure development.

Thanks to its functions, which are closely related to business activities, it is not surprising to learn that the Colt Diesel has been called Andalan Bisnis Sejati / The Real Business Partner.

At the event to celebrate the 1 million sales of Colt Diesel, KTB prepared a series of programs, including the launch of ‘Truk Sejuta Mimpi’ (the Truck for a Million Dreams). The truck, designed with a rear body box, will go on a mission to gather the dreams of Indonesian people across the country through customer gatherings, Facebook and special events organized by Mitsubishi Fuso authorized dealers.

Later, KTB will choose a dream and help turn it into a reality, as a way for KTB to express the company’s appreciation toward Indonesian people for helping the company achieve record breaking sales.

The idea for ‘Truk Sejuta Mimpi’ was born out of KTB’s desire to make the dream of a better Indonesia come true. KTB is convinced that its customers have dreams.

With this in mind, KTB has transformed its 1 millionth truck into ‘Truk Sejuta Mimpi’. The truck will be donated to a transportation museum, for its dedication towards the country.
