Indonesia beats Yemen in friendly

Indonesia on Friday beat Yaman 1-0 in a friendly soccer match held in the Siliwangi Stadium, Bandung.

Striker Bambang Pamungkas scored the winner in the 35th minute after taking a pass from Firman Utina.

It was Indonesia's first friendly match and victory under coach Benny Dolo, who replaced Ivan Kolev after his failure in the Southeast Asia Games last year. (***)
