In the story "ASEAN humanitarian center becomes active" appearing Friday, May 9, on page 11, a quote from Budi Dhewajani saying "One of the most difficult issues is deploying military personnel to affected states" should have read "A major issue is the cooperation between civilians and military forces in affected states".
