Indonesi's leading pharmacy group Soho has teamed up with Australia-based Palladium Group and Monash University to futher develop its human resources.
Soho group's new HR strategy, "Step Up Your Career to Create Excellence for Self and Soho Group " (SUCCESS), now includes a leadership development program estabilished in collaboration with Palladium management consulting services in Sydney and Monash University in Melbourne.
The program will be put in place at Soho Group over a one-year period, during which 20 personnel will undergo training as part of their work. Palladium in particular will be helping Soho personnel implement a Balanced Score Card to develop their management strategy skills.
