A laptop is personal, be it in color, model or even functionality. And those who already own a laptop will no doubt face the bitter reality of regret now that new models and technology are striding ahead to replace previous models.

The new ThinkPad T400s, for example, is pretty much a PC in a lighter, leaner version. And with even higher power and more features, the T400s is like the new advanced version of the Terminator threatening to destroy the world for good.

It starts with the thickness of 0.83 inch and the light weight of a mere 4 pounds. While lanky matters usually bruise easily, this one has a roll cage made out of monocoque carbon, a material commonly used to build airplanes.

Priced at US$2,349 the cutting edge PC has an Intel 2.53 GHz Core 2Duo as its engine with up to six hours of battery power. Imagine what you could do with its 128 and 250 GB solid state drive as you burn and play your favorite DVD on its Blu-Ray DVD-rom on one side. Pawn your laptop?
