Consumer Satisfaction prioritizing To Achieve Growth
PT. LG Electronics Indonesia (LGEIN) further prove its existence as the
number one electronics company in the country. This time, triumphantly
successful achievement is made with the acceptance of Indonesia
Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) in 2009 conducted by marketing
research institute Frontier. PT. LG Electronics Indonesia is the only
electronics company that succeeded in bringing three awards for the
category LCD TV, Air Conditioner and Washing Machine.
The award was accepted by LGEIN after successfully getting the
highest number in research on Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Index
(ICSI). In this survey alone, there are four variables which measured
customer satisfaction, the quality, value, perceived, and expectation.
LGEIN implement a series of integrated strategies embodied in
various activities. First, Motorola routinely conduct consumer research
and consumer insights. The second thing that started this was the
presence of leading products. Motorola are now recognized as an
