Blue Bird Group spells out success to business

The Blue Bird Group recently hosted “The Sixteenth Power Dinner” of the Jakarta CMO Club in Ballroom A of Grand Hyatt Hotel on Oct. 8.

            The event was attended by directors, chief executive officers (CEOs) and chief marketing officers (CMOs) of major Indonesian companies like Joe Kamdani from Data Script, Erick Tohir from TV One, Tan Kian from Pacific Place, Irwan Mussry from Time Place, Francis Wanandi from Bumi Artha Purnakreasi and Telkom president commissioner Tanri Abeng.

            Acting as host, Blue Bird Group president director Purnomo Prawiro led a seminar titled “Creating Business through Building People’s Value” to share the secrets of the group’s success.

            One of the biggest players in the transportation business since 1972, the group’s keys to success are its recruitment system, work quality control, training and its advanced IT system.       

            Established by Philip Kotler (US), Hermawan Kertajaya (Indonesia) and Hooi Den Huan (Singapore) on Feb. 25, 2008, The Jakarta CMO Club is a community aimed at enriching the marketing strategies and functions of different companies in the nation.
