The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place will be hosting a five-course culinary trip to Margaret River on Oct. 8, at its resident Pacific Restaurant & Lounge.
Food lovers can enjoy a selection of tapas and a wine reception followed by a dinner set menu created by celebrity chef Dennis Mifsud flown directly from Margaret River in Western Australia.
Also joining the dinner is wine sommelier Simone Baldwin, who will be sharing her experience and knowledge about the special selections made for this dinner. Mifsud, an Australian national, has worked across Southeast Asia, Europe and Australia and is an avid promoter of a truly regional Australian cuisine. He decided to establish himself in the famous Margaret River`s wine region in Western Australia and opened his prominent wine bar restaurant, Wino's.
