PT LG Electronics Indonesia (LGEIN) has introduced Inverter Direct Drive technology for its new generation front-loading washing machines, lifting the burden of washing your clothes and making it a fun experience.
Inverter Direct Drive is a technology that reduces vibrations during operation, lowering the noise frequency to a mere 50 dB (the same noise level of public libraries in general) and cuts the washing machine’s power consumption by 25 percent.
“The installing of this technology in every series of our front-loading washing machine is the realization of LG’s commitment to provide ease and comfort to our customers,” said Halim Astono, the marketing general manager of LG Electronics Indonesia.
Another feature from LG is Allergy Care, installed in its steam technology front-loading washing machines. The feature has acquired certification from the British Allergy Foundation (BAF), acknowledging the machines’ ability to wash away allergens in clothes with 100º Celsius pure hot steam, allergens that cannot be eliminated in regular washing.
LG washing machines have also attained certification from TÜV Rheinland as the world’s first home appliances that are free from dangerous asbestos materials, ensuring users’ safety.
