Mazda Motor Indonesia opens Mazda2 Zoom-Zoom Lounge

PT Mazda Motor Indonesia (MMI) has unveiled its latest take on brand endorsement through the launch of the Mazda2 Zoom-Zoom Lounge, a cozy brand space dedicated to automotive enthusiasts wishing to learn more about Mazda2.

            Situated on the ground floor of Senayan City, the lounge opened on Feb. 17, 2010 and features a number of unique sensory experiences related to Mazda’s Zoom-Zoom concept. Visitors to the lounge can even take a Mazda2 for a test ride around Senayan City!

            “Through the Mazda2 Zoom-Zoom lounge, Mazda would like to present firsthand experience of driving the award-winning New Mazda2 exclusively for city car enthusiasts from across Jakarta and beyond,” said MMI president director Yoshiya Horigome.
            Horigome added that: “Mazda2 has generated very warm responses so far. We have received 1,000 orders so far, which is already far beyond our sales target. Mazda2’s popularity on [social websites like] Facebook has also increased dramatically, indicating more awareness of and preference for the model.”

            Recently, Mazda2 also teamed up with CIMB Niaga in providing financial solutions for those interested in the Mazda2.
