This March, get ready to be tantalized by a number of special Asian-inspired culinary promotions happening at JW Marriott Jakarta.
From March 5 to 28, Sailendra Restaurant will be taking diners on a “Journey of Spices” inspired by Marco Polo’s legendary journey. All through the promo period, buffet lunch and dinner at Sailendra feature selections of tantalizing spiced dishes from Indonesia, India, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia and the Mediterranean under the watchful eye of “spice master” Chef Nawiyo.
Meanwhile, at the newly relocated Asuka Restaurant, the coming of spring is celebrated with a special Sakura menu concocted by executive Japanese Chef Nishiura Osamu, comprising a plethora of spring delicacies such as Sparkling Enop Squid (Hatara Ika) and Red Sea Beam (Sakura Dai). This March, Asuka’s omakase also features the fresh and delectable “Diamond of the Sea,” Toro, all flown in from Tsukuji and the Fukuoka fish market in Japan.
Not to be missed out in the commotion, award-winning Pearl Restaurant is also launching a fresh, new a la carte menu this month, featuring signature combination platter of pork ribs with “secret sauce” and much more by chef extraordinaire John Chu.
