PT Honda Prospect Motor opens new outlet at Manado

PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) is improving its official dealer network by inaugurating a new dealer facility in Manado, North Sulawesi, namely Honda Martadinata 2. The facility was opened on March 21, 2011 replacing an older existing facility.

"Along with the increasing sales of our products, our service facilities need to be upgraded. With a bigger capacity and more complete facilities, we are sure that Honda Martadinata 2 will be able to accommodate all the needs of customers," said PT HPM president director Yukihiro Aoshima.

Whereas the old outlet, Honda Martadinata, stood at a meager 635 square meters of land with a 228 square meter showroom, 195 square meter area for service facilities, and 10-square-meter spare parts store room, the new service facility, Honda Martadinata 2, now covers an area of 3,850 square meters, amply accommodating the 3S standard (sales, service, spare parts).

"The East Indonesia region, especially North Sulawesi is a growing market. The launching of new Honda dealers as well as the upgrading of old ones is not only meant to increase our sales, but also to provide competent and accessible service points for our regional customers and to improve the local economy," said PT HPM marketing & after-sales service director Jonfis Fandy.
