Question: How do I place an order?
Answer:
Step 1:
Click on MY ACCOUNT button, and login in using your email address.
Step 2:
Once you are logged in, browse our collection, click BUY on pieces you
want to purchase or copy the ID number and title of the pieces you want
to buy
Step 3:
After clicking BUY, fill out all the information required, including ID
number and title of the pieces, then click on CONFIRM button. Once you
click CONFIRM, your request will be sent to us and we will process your
order manually. Our sales person will contact you via email or telephone
for confirmation.
However, if you don’t have an account yet, you need to register first by
clicking on the REGISTER NOW button, and filling out a registration
form. Once you register, you’ll receive an email shortly after with your
password. You are advised to change your password when you log in. Then,
follow the steps above.
Q: I need to place an order, but I’m having
problems. What should I do?

will be happy to assist you.
Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: The delivery of art products will be conducted directly by our
partners. Nevertheless, we have chosen ones with the best services
available.
For overseas delivery, we offer Federal Express shipping options: Ground
and Express. For domestic delivery, we use TIKI and Elteha. Shipping
charges vary depending on the type of delivery option, weight of the
package and the delivery destination, plus insurance.
NOTE: Couriers require that a package must be sent to a physical
address. They cannot ship to P.O. Box or APO addresses. Couriers also
require a phone number for the shipping destination.

Q: What is available for sale?
A: At the moment, we are selling art products, in cooperation with our
reputable partners. The art products available for sale now include
paintings, sculptures, old maps, old textiles and antiquities. You can
browse our entire collection at store.thejakartapost.com.
Q: Can I see the art product before I buy it?
A: You can view the product in Jakarta but will need to make an
appointment prior to your visit.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: The Jakarta Post Art Store accepts returns on items only within 10
DAYS of receiving your payment. We will issue a full refund in the case
of the item not yet being sent. When the item has been sent, we will
issue a refund after we receive the original item back, minus the
shipping and handling fees.
If the item was damaged during shipping, you are entitled to an
insurance claim and we will help you process your claim.
