“Modification is part of the development of the aftermarket component industry; they influence each other,” said Lia Indriasari, the president director of Nine Event, one of the event's organizers.
The exhibition is also set to host the Top 30 Modified Cars competition in collaboration with the National Modificator and Aftermarket Association (NMAA). “This competition allows automotive enthusiasts to experience real interaction and competition from different types of cars,” said the association's founder, Andre Mulyadi.
Other activities scheduled for the event include the annual Indonesia Authorized Trimmer Summit (IATS) that plans to establish new Indonesian standards for car interiors, a sticker workshop and an event called Bring Back the Old Days, which will feature top figures of the car modification business in Indonesia.
