La Prairie to partner with Swiss art platform

In the summer of 2017, luxury Swiss skincare brand La Prairie will partner with the international art fair Art Basel.
Throughout the fair, La Prairie will be stationed in the Collector’s Lounge and will offer customized treatments and special experiences for VIPs.
"We are very excited about the partnership between La Prairie and Art Basel, which we feel perfectly represents our quest for timeless beauty and our passion for audacity," stated Patrick Rasquinet, president and CEO of La Prairie Group.

Founded in 1978, the Swiss company is known worldwide for its luxury skincare products featuring rare and opulent ingredients.
Marc Spiegler, Art Basel's global director, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with La Prairie, a company that, like Art Basel, has Swiss roots and has built a global reputation for unparalleled excellence.”
La Prairie also plans to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its iconic Skin Caviar through collaborations “with a select group of contemporary artists” later this year.
Art Basel will run from June 15 to 18 in Basel, Switzerland. (sul/kes)
