The announcement of a flight to the fictional country - a place that Prince T’Challa aka Black Panther himself calls home - received amusing replies, as well as gaining more than 14,000 retweets and 30,000 likes. The airport kept the conversation going by providing witty answers.

Black Panther actress Lupita Nyong'o, who plays the warrior goddess Nakia, wondered about the in-flight entertainment.

Wondering how much the ticket costs?

The airport was ready with in-flight meal information too.

They don’t release confidential information, though.

To secure a seat on this flight, neither a visa nor a Wakandan lip tattoo is required. The airport tweeted that all passengers need to do is catch the flight.

Superheroes from Marvel Studios hurried to catch the flight, as the airport assured there is a daily flight that will fit everyone.

One ‘passenger’ reported that he made it to Wakanda.

And even Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms jumped in on the fun, claiming that of course the world’s busiest and most efficient airport flies direct to Wakanda.

Seems like it’s been a fun week at the busy airport. (mut)
