Shopee users will be able to choose from over 50 Anomaly Coffee products.
Online marketplace Shopee has added Indonesian coffee roaster company Anomaly Coffee to its platform.
Users will be able to choose from more than 50 coffee-related products, from coffee beans from Java, Aceh and Toraja to merchandise such as tote bags, mugs and tumblers.
A 15 percent discount for certain products and a buy-two-get-1-free promotion for Indonesian coffee beans are available until Aug. 4. Prices for coffee beans start from Rp 50,000 (US$3.4) for 100 grams of Jawa Gunung Halu.

“The growing popularity of coffee in Indonesia has also been seen at Shopee, where average orders for coffee have increased four fold from last year,” said Rezki Yanuar, Shopee country brand manager, in a press release. He also stated that adding Anomali Coffee to the platform was part of the marketplace’s commitment to supporting local products.
Ryo Limijaya, sales and marketing manager of Anomali Coffee, said the brand’s presence on Shopee would help promote Indonesian coffee. “Since 2007, we’ve consistently promoted Indonesian coffee to [our] consumers. We launched the Ceritain Kopi Indonesia [narrating Indonesian coffee] campaign to ensure that every product we sell and use is 100 percent Indonesian,” Ryo said. (wir/wng)
