BTS bagged four awards at this year’s E! People’s Choice Awards.
The band won “group of 2018” and “social celebrity of 2018”, the awards body revealed in an announcement on social media. It also won “song of 2018” and “music video of 2018” for its latest single, “Idol”.

“We are so honored to win the group of 2018,” RM said as the band accepted the award in a video. “We just finished touring America and can’t wait to come back and see you guys.”

The video ended with the band members shouting, “Big love!”
BTS managed to fend off competition in the highly contested category from the likes of Twenty One Pilots, Panic! At the Disco, 5 Seconds of Summer and Super Junior.
The septet is set to embark on a tour of Japan this week.
