For anyone looking for information on Indonesia, The Jakarta Post is preparing a special members section that will contain pertinent information for researchers and Indonesianists. We are making every effort to include as much information as possible and new material will be added constantly.

Members will gain access to our archives, containing the thousands of news reports and articles that are stored in our database, an ever expanding list of editorialized, biographical sketches of prominent Indonesians from all walks of life, information on Indonesia's provinces, profiles of selected Indonesian companies with both domestic and international reputations, and a compilation of laws and regulations.

Pending the completion of our members' section, we are offering free access to our archives for all users. However, users will only be able to search available back issues, dating from May 28, 1999.
