The 2018 International Monetary Fund and World Bank Annual Meetings in Bali concluded over the weekend with the issuance of a communique by global financial leaders urging countries to brace against potential risks amid heightened trade tensions and tighter financial conditions. IMF managing director Christine Lagarde said global growth is still strong but has plateaued, as she calls for enhanced cooperation for the benefit of all.
