Ministry opens scientific report contest

The Directorate of Higher Education of the Ministry of National Education will hold a national scientific report contest open to university students across the country.

Individual and group contestants may submit papers based on the results of independent field research or internships.

Paper topics are open, and all submissions should be sent by March 20 at the latest to the Directorate of Higher Education. For complete details, visit www.dikti.org.

The winner will receive a cash prize of Rp 2 million, and will also be invited to attend the 2006 National Science Week, which opens in July in the capital.
