Dance competition at Binus

The Stamanara student dance association of Bina Nusantara University (Binus) will hold a dance competition at its campus in West Jakarta from June 15 until June 17.

Participants in the Body Groove 2006 Dance Coalition can perform their modern dance creations as well as break dances.

To join the competition, each group (a maximum of seven students) is required to pay a registration fee of Rp 100,000.

The committee provides cash prizes of Rp 1 million, Rp 750,000 and Rp 500,000 for the first, second and third prize winners respectively in the modern dance category.

While, in the break dance category, the first, second and third prize winners will receive Rp 500,000, Rp 400,000 and Rp 300,000, respectively.
