Excellent customer service!

I had complained at Hardy's Supermarket, Amlapura, Bali, over several months about the bad quality of Wall's ice-cream-products (many times they were partly melted, and therefore inedible). Hardy's staff just said ""Sorry"", but nothing improved.
So I lost my patience and made a written complaint to Unilever and Unilever Jakarta immediately responded, promising that a product quality team would show up soon to solve the problem.
Within two days three Unilever staff members came all the way from Denpasar (65 kilometers) to my house. This kind of service keeps customers happy and loyal.
We will go ahead with Wall's.
