Singaporean found dead in Bekasi

JAKARTA: A Singapore citizen was found dead at the Hotel Cibubur Indah in Pondok Gede, Bekasi, on Thursday afternoon.
The cause of death remains unknown.
The body of Iskak Ahmad, 50, an actor on the soap opera ""Enak gak Enak"", was found in his hotel room.
An unidentified packet of pills was found in his pocket.
Deputy Chief of the Bekasi Police Adj. Sr. Comr. Alamsyah said police did not know what sort of medicine the actor had been taking but assumed he had died of the illness it was treating.
The police found no evidence of assault.
""We are still waiting for the result of the autopsy,"" Alamsyah said.
Ahmad's body was taken to the Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital in Central Jakarta for the autopsy.
Chief of Pondok Gede Police Sub-precinct Adj. Comr. Suhandana said that Ahmad's family had been contacted and they would take Ahmad's body to Tanjung Pagar, Singapore. --JP
