JAKARTA: Defending champion GMIS CC tops the Jakarta Cricket Association league table after the end of the season's first quarter. ISCI/CW and Senayan CC trail in second and third place, respectively.

GMIS CC thrashed India XI by 205 runs in a game played in Cibubur, East Jakarta, on Sunday. GMIS put up a huge total of 304 for 5 with the help of a splendid century by Rahul Pagad. The India XI batsmen found themselves under constant pressure and were bowled out for a mere 99 in reply.

The Rebels lost to Indorama by one wicket in a match in Karawaci, Tangerang, and challengers CC lost to host ISCI/CW by eight wickets at Country Woods, South Jakarta.

After this weekend's games, the league will take a two-week break for Idul Fitri. -- JP
