Diponegoro University (Undip) rector Susilo Wibowo said recently his office had talked to the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) about finance for building a hospital.
According to the rector, his office had informed IDB about potential companies that might possibly become partners in construction.
After assessing the information, IDB will decide if those companies are feasible. ""The decision is the right of the IDB. Undip has no power in it,"" Susilo said.
The rector said that the IDB also set standards on building quality. One of these, he said, stated that there must be no cracks in the building in 20 years.
Susilo said that the hospital would be a two-story building plus a seven-story tower.
