JAKARTA: The usual traffic congestion around Senen, Central Jakarta, worsened Monday afternoon following a pileup involving four cars on the Senen flyover heading to Jl. Gunung Sahari.
An officer from Central Jakarta's traffic police, Brig. Supriyanto, said there were no injuries reported in the incident.
""The accident took place at around 2:30 p.m. ... most likely caused by careless driving. No major damage to the cars occurred and all four were able to be driven away,"" he was quoted by Detik.com news portal.
The vehicles involved included two pick-up trucks, a sedan and a minivan. The accident blocked traffic for almost an hour. -- JP
