Police hunt clash suspect

PALEMBANG, South Sumatra: The police antiterror unit Densus 88 is involved in the hunt for the main suspect responsible for damaging a company's office and setting fire to its cars in East Ogan Komering Ulu regency in South Sumatra, a police officer said Wednesday.
East Ogan Komering Ulu Police chief, Adj. Comr. Yosi Haryoso, said the police were hunting down Joko Supriyanto, the main suspect in the incident several days ago.
""Police have apprehended four people thought to be involved in the incident but they have not named any suspects yet,"" Yosi said on Wednesday.
According to regency council member Zabidi, Joko was seeking justice over the status of 3,000 hectares of customary land. -- JP
