High price, low service

As a Swiss national, I can not understand why PT Kereta Api (railway company) raises the price of its train tickets during the holidays. Passengers, including foreign tourists, have to pay more for their tickets. What for?

For at least 30 years, the operational materials of trains have been the same! Increasing the price of tickets brings no benefit to passengers. They are still jammed in like sardines. Where is the extra money going?

In Switzerland and other countries, prices remain the same, including in peak times and on the weekend.

During holiday periods, there are usually special offers available for families or groups or those taking round trips. That is what we call customer service.
