On road accidents

So often readers of this newspaper have made comments on the situation on the roads and the lack of control by the police, but it seems the police and political leaders of this country are deaf to such comments and are doing nothing.
If the police really don't know how to regulate traffic, it would be wise to ask for help from police departments in other countries where traffic runs more smoothly and with far fewer deadly accidents.
