Satrio tastes Silverstone test

NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, England: A1 Team Indonesia driver Satrio Hermanto completed his first day of testing at Silverstone race circuit in Britain on Thursday.

Running 26 laps, Hermanto posted 21st fastest lap in the morning session. He improved his position into 17th place in the afternoon session.

""I'm really enjoying working with the team. Everyone is very helpful and I'm learning so much, so quickly there's a lot to take on board,"" said Hermanto.

Team manager of A1 Team Indonesia, John Allen said, ""We took it reasonably steady this morning with Satrio doing the necessary tasks to shake down the car with engine installation laps and brakes to bed in.--JP
