Jakarta court to try terrorism cases

JAKARTA: Indictments for six members of the Abu Dujana network, allegedly involved in terrorism activities, have been sent to the Central Jakarta District Court indicating an imminent trial.

On Friday the district court received the indictments, which are divided into four separate files.

The alleged terrorists have been charged under articles 13 and 15 of the 2003 Terrorism Law.

""We have not determined the judges to be assigned to the cases, so we have yet to set the schedule for the first court sessions,"" district court clerk for criminal cases Yanwitra was quoted as saying by detik.com news portal Monday. -- JP
