JAKARTA: The AGO handed over Thursday the dossiers of former Garuda Indonesia president Indra Setiawan and former secretary to Garuda's chief pilot Rohainil Aini to the Jakarta Central District Court.

Both men are suspects in the 2004 murder of rights activist Munir Said Thalib.

""We have named Nur Rachmat and Arif of the Central Jakarta Prosecutors' Office as respective prosecutor for each case,"" Attorney General's Office spokesman Thomson Siagian told detik.com.

Thomson said both Indra and Rohainil would be charged with article 340 of the Criminal Code and article 56 (2) for providing assistance in the murder of Munir, who died of arsenic poisoning on his way to the Netherlands on Sept. 7, 2004.

Both articles carry a maximum penalty of 20 years imprisonment.-- P
