On 'Visit Indonesia Year'

The year 2008 has been dedicated as "Visit Indonesia Year "and we can see the slogan is in many places to attract tourists.

Almost all passengers who come to the airport would like to use the washrooms.

But at the Soekarno-Hatta Airport, the washrooms are filthy, dirty and wet. So going by the saying "First impressions are the most important", the country will leave a bad impression.

The authorities should do something quickly on setting this right. Having traveled widely, this international airport is not well maintained, in comparison to neighboring countries.

The authorities have to provide clean and neat washrooms to tourists, as a basic requirement. I would like to give my best wishes to the Government for making this 2008 year a great success.
