Three men craft leather shoes at a small factory in Depok, West Java, on Wednesday. The Indonesian Footwear Association (Aprisindo) has said the country's total footwear output, including from small- and medium-scale enterprises, was this year expected to rise by 10 percent to 582 million pairs worth Rp 32.2 trillion.
