Bali administration is planning to issue a bylaw to help contain the spreading of AIDS in the province.

Bali administration spokesman Pradnya Paramita Duarsa said Thursday the draft bylaw was being deliberated in the Bali Legislative Council.

"It's part of our efforts to control the spreading of AIDS in Bali," Pradnya said.

As of February 2008, there were 1,782 people with HIV/AIDS in Bali. (***)
