Digital music libraries are said to be a reflection of the listener's personality. Every week, The Jakarta Post peeks into the iPod of a well-known figure.
Timur Angin is a professional photographer with a fondness for music. He has been the creative force behind several music video clips. This is what he had to say about the songs on his iPod Nano:
1."Terbunuh Sepi" by Slank This is a song for the "mentally ill". If I'm stressed out, I love to listen to this tune.
2. "Many Rivers To Cross" by Cafe Del Mar vol. 9 I put this song as the opening tune on my professional website. Again, this is a good song for shaking off depression.
3. "Star Guitar" by Chemical Brothers There is a part of this song that can make me "gone". If I'm driving and there's heavy traffic, listening to this track can make me feel good.
4. "Fake Plastic Trees" by Radiohead Again, I picked a song for depressed people.
5. "Glorious Remix" by Earthsynch This is a chill-out track, which is similar to the songs on Buddha Bar albums. I was the cameraman for the video clip when the group shot it on location in India.
