Lawmakers leave Monday's plenary session for approving the financial affairs commission's decision to reject the government's candidates for the central bank governorship. The House of Representatives upheld the decision by Commission XI to reject banker Agus Martowardojo and economist Raden Pardede for the position of Bank Indonesia governor. The plenary session requested President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono to submit new candidates to the House. (JP/Berto Wedhatama)
