21 justice hopefuls have failed an administrative test, the Judicial Commission said Thursday.

Head of the Judicial Commission's Justice selection team Mustafa Abdullah said the 21 candidates failed the test as some of them were under 50 years old, while others did not hold a master degree.

"The remaining 51 candidates met the administrative requirements," he said.

The test moves on to the next phase where 51 candidates are required to submit a paper by April 11 about the role of justices and the justice concept in the reform era. (***)
