A man waters a kamboja or frangipani tree in a garden in Pluit, North Jakarta. Frangipani is native to tropical and subtropical America has spread to all tropical areas of the world, including Indonesia. The tree can fetch prices of between Rp 500,000 (about US$54) and Rp 75 million. (JP/P.J. Leo)
