Letter: Undelivered package of books

I am an expatriate living in Jakarta. I recently ordered several packages of technical books from Amazon.com through 'Standard International Shipping'.
But none of them were ever delivered, including the replacement package resent through the 'Expedited International Shipping' by Amazon.com.
I was so upset I decided to write to you even though this would probably be useless.
