END IMPUNITY: Efendi, who says he was detained by the Soeharto regime without trial between 1969 and 1979 on suspicion of being a member of the outlawed Indonesian Communist Party (PKI), takes part in a demonstration outside the State Palace in Jakarta on Thursday.
