Regional Representatives Council files judicial review request on Election Law

The Regional Representatives Council (DPD) on Thursday filed a request for judicial review on Election Law No 10/2008 with the Constitutional Court (MK).
The request was submitted by, among others, the DPD deputy chairman Laode Ida, and the DPD lawyer team chaired by Todung Mulya Lubis.
In the judicial review request, the DPD demanded the MK review articles on the DPD candidate domicile and on the procedure for political party officials to become the DPD candidates. (***)
