FOILED ATTEMPT
Two Taiwanese travelers were arrested at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Friday evening after customs and excise officers found in their luggage 6.913 kilograms of shabu-shabu, or crystal methamphetamine, valued at around Rp 10 billion (US$1.09 million). Kuo Ting Liu, 23, and Huang Yu Lum, 26, who had arrived from Hong Kong on a China Airlines flight, are
