JAKARTA (Antara): Indonesian shoes exports are expected to grow 10 percent to US$1.8 million this year, the Industry Ministry says.
"Shoes demands from the Europe and the U.S. remain strong," Budi Irmawan, a ministry's director, said Tuesday.
Branded shoes like Adidas and Reebok, which were produced in Indonesia, would still take the largest share of the country's shoes export, he added.
The rest would be local leather shoes, he said. (***)
