Irene bows to Krivec in fourth round

Indonesian girl Irene Kharisma Sukandar lost Thursday her fourth round match against Jana Krivec of Slovenia in the Japfa chess festival, dampening her chance of winning her maiden grandmaster norm in the tournament.
Irene now stayed in fifth place with 1.5 points.
Irene still have six more matches to play, but needed five victories to earn her maiden grandmaster norm. (ind/***)
