30 police cadets arrested on torture allegations

Thirty police cadets from Semarang Police have been arrested for allegedly torturing a colleague.The Semarang Police spokesman Bambang Purwoko said Thursday the 30 cadets were arrested May 8.
The cadets claimed they tortured their colleague for allegedly stealing his classmate's and his mentor's belongings. (***)
