WHAT TO DO?
A driver scratches his head, looking at his damaged sedan after a collision with a bajaj in Lapangan Banteng, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday. Many drivers decide not to ask bajaj drivers for compensation after such accidents because they usually say they cannot afford to pay it.

The government must introduce an insurance required by law for all motorized vehicles. In the most countries this is common. All the vehicle owners are assured to get their damage paid.
The insurance can be controlled in combination with the yearly renewall of the vehicles documents. Thus NO insurance NO new documents.
