Some of the writer's statements are false or baseless. Similar to others, Ahmadiyah followers also go to Mecca for Haj pilgrimage, not to Rabwah or Qadian.
Another statement that "Most of Ahmadiyah's followers are poor and ill-educated, especially in terms of religion" is also unjustified.
Please, read trustworthy sources before you make any statements next time. You may get the right information about Ahmadiyah from Ahmadiyah official website: www.alislam.org or www.ahmadiyya.or.id NISA

Husni Mubarok, I have read your article in The Jakarta Post. I am an Ahmadi Muslim living in Bosnia. There are many lies that people say about us.
We believe the same as other Muslims, like the five pillars of Islam and the six beliefs like the belief in Allah, angels, prophet etc. We have the same Koran, same Qibla.
Ahmadi go to Mecca for Haj, not to Rabwah or Qadian. People visit these places to attend some meetings, but we never saya Haj pilgrimage.
From Pakistan our members are not allowed to go for Haj. I knew many members who did Haj. All Muslims believe that in the later days Imam Mahdi and Isa will come to the Ummat of Hazrat Muhammad.
There is no difference between the belief of Ahmadi Muslim and the belief of other Muslims. We believe Hazrat Muhammad is the last law baring prophet. He is our leader Prophet. We only follow him. Imam Mahdi did not bring any new laws. He guide us towards the way of the Holy Prophet Muhammad. AHMAD

I have gone through your opinion. You mention that Ahmadisgo for Haj to Mecca, but to Rabwah and Qadian.
For your knowledge, they also go to Holy Qaaba in Mecca to perform Haj and I myself have seen some Ahmadis go there. So your allegation against them is false.
History shows that many noble Muslimslike first Muslim Nobel laureate Abdus Salam and Sir Chowdhury Jafar Ullah Khan, Pakistan's first foreign minister, president of UN Security Council, chief justice of the International Court of Justice -were also born in this Islamic sect. So you make another false allegation.
Please study their history, communicate with them, try to understand them and listen to what they want to say. Debate don't go for illegal actions or activities against humanity. ARIF

The Ahmadiyah Muslim Jamaath is the only Jamaath in the world which represent the great religion Islam in a most beautiful way without controversies. The other sects, or so called Jamaaths, are in a state of confusion and contradiction, declaring each other as infidels.
The Ahmadis consider Hadhrath Mirza Ghulam Ahmad as a subordinate prophet of the Holy Prophet Muhammad because the Koran and Prophet Muhammad prophesied about the coming of the promised Messiah after Muhammad.
The Ahmadis are banned from performing Haj by the mullahs and their governments. Ahmadis visit Rabwah or Qadian only for spiritual training. The respect for the Holy Mecca and Madina among the Ahmadis is so great that nobody can measure it.
Great people of Indonesia, accept Ahmadiyah because they love Islam so much. Very soon many more people will accept this Jamaath and no power on the earth will stop it. MUBARAK

Dear Rafiq Mahmood,
Unfortunate part of hatred against Ahmadiyya Community is shear ignorance of ill-informed ulema of Muslim World who pass concocted propaganda to genral public and people like Husni Mobarak fall into their trap. These ill-informed people deserve our prayers because they know not the truth and may invite wrath of Allah. May Allah give them wisdom to seek and recognise the truth.
Another unfortunate part is that so-called ulema think Islam to be their property and thus can not tolerate anyone else to share with them the beauty of Islamic teachings.
Yet another sad part is that Ahamadiyya community is generally not allowed to counter the falsely fabricated allegations such as in Pakistan where the Constitution forbids any Ahmadi to explain his belief as it might hurt the feelings of "Certified Muslim".
Question is why they do all this? Simple answer is that: in Ahmadiyyat there is no place for mullah-ism and if Ahmadiyyat is allowed to be promoted, then their "business of relgious exploitation" will suffer. Secondly these so-called ulema / mullah black mail the state machinery with the threat of their malicious designs of exploitation in the name of religion.
Now it is upto the general public that they should not fall into the trap of these so-called ulema and seek truth from Holy Quran and the life of Prophet Mohammad (SAW) and see themselves that what Ahmadiyya movement is all about. Ahmadiyyat is nothing but True and Pure Islam as was taught by the Holy Prophet himself. The Promised Messiah was assigned to do cleansing remove false beliefs those intruded Islam over the 14 centuries.
May Allah protect all Ahmadis and other innocent peace loving people in Indonesia and elsewhere in the world, Ameen.

Thank you, Tahir Iqbal, for that clarification. So these ten conditions of Ahmadi initiation are the "activities" which various municipalities and the central government, under the spiritual and political guidance of MUI and Bakor Pakem respectively, seek to prohibit because they offend the sensibilities of other Muslims?

Dear Mr.Husni Mubarok,
I feel pity for your poor knowledge. What you have stated about Ahmadiyya clearly shows that you and many like you are not only highly biased by the hateful propaganda of so-called ulema which is full of lies. You are highly misguided; use your common sense and seek guidance from Allah and try to learn the truth.
Many of Ahmadi brothers have adequately replied your false accusations. I would just add to their explanations and list the 10 conditions of Ba'ait or Pledge of Allegiance/Initiation to join Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam.
Read these and ask yourself if any of Ahmadi beliefs match your allegations.
Also, Allah had promised to His chosen ones the institution of Caliphate (Khilafat). By the grace of Allah Almighty, these humble servants of Holy Prophet Mohammad (SAW) under the guidance of Promised Messiah of our times, are blessed with Caliphate and Ahmadis in about 190 countries with a following of Millions belonging to different cultures, colors and ethenic back grounds who are united on the hands of their 5th beloved Caliph (Khalifa). Alhamdo Lillah, in 2008 Ahmadiyya comunity is celebrating 100th anniversary of Caliphate.
CONDITIONS OF BA'AIT or Pledge of Allegiance or Initiation:
To become an Ahmadi, one has to take this pledge at the hand of the Caliph (Khalifa) of the time:
1. That he/she shall abstain from "Shirk" (association of any partner with God) right up to the day of his/her death.
2. That he/she shall keep away from falsehood, fornication, adultery, trespasses of the eye, debauchery, dissipation, cruelty, dishonesty, mischief and rebellion; and will not permit himself/herself to be carried away by passions, however strong they might be.
3. That he/she shall regularly offer the five daily prayers in accordance with the commandments of God and the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him); and shall try his/her best to be regular in offering the Tahajud (pre-dawn supererogatory prayers) and invoking Darood (blessings) on the Holy Prophet Mohammad(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him); that he/she shall make it his/her daily routine to ask forgiveness for his/her sins, to remember the bounties of God and to praise and glorify Him.
4. That under the impulse of any passions, he/she shall cause no harm whatsoever to the creatures of Allah in general, and Muslims in particular, neither by his/her tongue nor by his/her hands nor by any other means.
5. That he/she shall remain faithful to God in all circumstances of life, in sorrow and happiness, adversity and prosperity, in felicity and trial; and shall in all conditions remain resigned to the decree of Allah and keep himself/herself ready to face all kinds of indignities and sufferings in His way and shall never turn away from it at the onslaught of any misfortune; on the contrary, he/she shall march forward.
6. That he/she shall refrain from following un-islamic customs and lustful inclinations, and shall completely submit himself/herself to the authority of the Holy Quran; and shall make the Word of God and the Sayings of the Holy Prophet Mohammad(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) the guiding principle in every walk of his/her life.
7. That he/she shall entirely give up pride and vanity and shall pass all his/her life in humbleness, cheerfulness, forbearance and meekness.
8. That he/she shall hold faith, the honor of faith, and the cause of Islam dearer to him/her than his/her life, wealth, honor, children and all other dear ones.
9. That he/she shall keep himself/herself occupied in the service of God's creatures for His sake only; and shall endeavor to benefit mankind to the best of his/her God-given abilities and powers.
10. That he/she shall enter into a bond of brotherhood with this humble servant of God, pledging obedience to me in everything good, for the sake of Allah, and remain faithful to it till the day of his/her death; that he/she shall exert such a high devotion in the observance of this bond as is not to be found in any other worldly relationship and connections demanding devoted dutifulness.
Dear Husni Mubarok, shun the hatred because hatred makes one blind and deaf. With the spirit of righteousness pray and seek the light of truth from Allah and Insha Allah, you will be blessed with the truth of Ahmadiyyat. Ahmadiyya's humble service to Islam with a full time TV channel and other dedicated services are proof that today True Islam is only represented by Ahmadiyya under the guidance of a Khalifa.
May Allah be with you, your family and all the kind hearted Indonesians, Ameen!
